Surface Mount Machine Operators
Duties will include Set-up and operation of Solder Paste Printers, Placement Machines and Reflow Ovens. Candidates should have a flexible approach to working and be familiar with operating machinery in a fast changing environment. This is a rotating double day shift position
Off-line Setup Operator
Duties will include the loading and unloading of components onto feeders, the loading and unloading of feeders onto the machines and generally helping out in the machine area. This is a rotating double day shift position
Assembly Operators
Operators are required for a wide variety of PCB and mechanical assembly operations. You will be capable of following assembly procedures and pay meticulous attention to detail. The range of tasks required include mechanical assembly of product, hand insertion of electronic components, hand soldering of electronic components, Full in-house training to IPC Standards will be given if necessary. This is a day shift position
Test Technician
Required for production testing in a busy department you should have experience of;
● Bench testing using custom built test rigs including computer operation
● Automatic in-circuit testing
● Faultfinding to component level using standard meters, oscilloscopes etc.
You must be capable of following test procedures & basic circuit diagrams. This is a day shift position
ReworkerRequired for busy inspection /rework department. The ideal candidate will have experience of rework using hot air and soldering irons and should have knowledge of IPC610 workmanship standards. This is a day shift position
AOI Operator
Although training will be given the ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate a good understanding of electronic components and be able to identify typical surface mount process defects. This is a rotating double day shift position
Despatch Clerk/Relief driver.
An organised person is required to assist in the busy despatch area you will be required to enter despatch details onto the computer system, assist in the packing of Electronic assemblies, generate despatch documentation and occasionally deliver goods using the Company van.
General Handyman
A part time General Handyman is required to cover a wide variety of maintenance tasks.
