Prototype PCB Assembly

We are extremely flexible and are able to offer a very fast turnaround of literally only a few hours in some cases. Our highly skilled operators and flexible SMT lines means we can offer hand assembly as well as machine placement processes to manufacture PCBs, and of course a combination of both.
The photograph on the right shows the hand placement of BGA on a PCB using an Ersascope IR550 Rework Station.
The whole process will be managed by one of our skilled Production Engineers who will be responsible for walking your PCBs through the process and will provide a detailed manufacturing engineering report to highlight any manufacturing issue.
