Policy
It is the Quality Policy of MRP Electronics to provide all our customers with products and services that fully satisfy their requirements in respect of fitness for purpose, quality specifications and delivery schedules. Receiving a quality product is our customers' given right, not an option. Recognising this, MRP actively promotes quality awareness with its entire staff by working to controlled management and manufacturing systems and processes.
We are a BSI and BABT certified company and work to IPC-A-610 workmanship standards with qualified, in-house instructors training our employees to meet these and our customers' requirements.
Everybody is responsible for quality and MRP promotes a Total Quality Management environment to achieve the highest standards possible.
Automatic Optical Inspection
Supplementing traditional manual inspection processes we have four Mirtec AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) systems.

BGA Inspection
BGAs are inspected both visually using an "Ersa Scope" and using an X–Ray system.
The Ersa Scope allows the Surface texture of the solder ball, the formation of the solder ball and the solder fillet to be checked. This powerful inspection tool can also be used to inspect other aspects of a PCB and allows images to be saved and emailed to customers.
Supplementing the ERSA Scope we have X-ray capabilities to check for solder bridges.
