Complete Product Assembly
We also offer facilities for "Complete" product assembly, a value adding service that is taken advantage of by an increasing number of our customers. Where production is ongoing we have set up flow lines dedicated to the assembly, testing and packaging of customers products. This gives the benefit that products can be processed quickly even in high volumes with in process inspection of each assembly operation integrated as part of the line.
For some products manufactured by MRP the functional test station is connected over a VPN link to our customers' office. Customers then have the capability to monitor the progress and interrogate the test results of their products.
This methodology has proved very successful and we supply a variety of products direct to the distribution channel shipping units packed at MRP with our customers' packing tape and despatch paperwork printed on our customers' letterhead.

Both are examples of "turnkey" manufacturing where MRP procure all the materials including plastic mouldings, machined castings and assemble, test and pack the complete unit.
